The pillow is of excellent quality. It took me a few days to get used to the new position of my neck, raised above my head, but I already feel the benefits of using it. I should mention that it's possible to sleep even on your side. Definitely recommended.

One must always keep in mind that people are different here; there has been an improvement in the neck area, but you can't judge that for every person, yet it has been worth it.
